The Group
Banca Agrileasing is the leasing company of Credito Cooperativo and is controlled by Iccrea Holding S.p.A. It's therefore an integral part of an association and entrepreneurship project operating via a well-articulated system of local cooperative banks, with widespread presence all over Italy.
Credito Cooperativo
Credito Cooperativo is made up of a network of Credito Cooperativo (BCC) banks. The BCC network is firmly established throughout Italy. On the Italian banking scene, the BCC system is number one for rate of growth and number of branches, number two for assets, number four for net profits and direct revenues, and number six for loans to customers.
Over the last ten years, BCCs have tripled loans, more than doubled direct revenues, and increased the number of staff members by 40%.
The Business Network
Iccrea Holding holds majority or minority interests in Group companies specializing in various sectors of financial and insurance services. The full range of products and services for BCCs is designated the Credito Cooperativo Supply System: an organic system of high-quality products and services in various areas of wealth management, leasing and bancassurance products, all with the “double C” seal:
- Financial Services for BCCs (financial brokerage and consulting, payment systems supporting BCC operations)
- Products and services for business clients (leasing, factoring, rental, corporate finance, private equity)
- Products and services for private clients (wealth management, pensions, etc.)

The Associative Network
The Associative Network's leading institution is Federcasse, the national federation of Credito Cooperativo (BCC) banks – Casse Rurali ed Artigiane (CRAs). The Federcasse organization represents and protects the interests of both BCCs and CRAs. Federcasse itself is composed of 15 regional and interregional federations in which individual BCCs and CRAs participate directly. These federations are in charge of providing consulting services and operational support to individual banks. Federcasse's roles include coordination of the system at the general level, trade union representation, protection of the general interests of BCCs and CRAs, and management of external relations and communications.
